The Brief
Twelve new strata residences located on a hill crest close to Gibsons Village. The intent of the project is to provide a comfortable, affordable, and eclectic housing type to attract young and downsizing urban families to Gibsons. The initial scheme contained nine townhouses across two buildings. Market changes mid-stream led to three additional garden level secondary suites being incorporated into the final building.
Views for Days
The site enjoys access to incredible views of the surrounding natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast. Saw-toothed in both plan and elevation, the form aims to maximize access to views and light.
Each family unit has a standardized floor plan for construction efficiency, with minor changes in the outline and massing of each townhouse to provide a unique custom feeling for residents.
