The Brief
This proposal of dedicated rental housing in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver was intended to provided much-needed gentle densification to the area, and city at large. The project is comprised of two principal buildings, three and four storeys respectively, flanking a central courtyard for community living. In total, thirteen rental units will be provided, five of which are geared towards families, as well as shared amenities including a courtyard, roof deck, veggie garden, outdoor kitchen, shared bathroom, and bicycle workshop.
