The Brief

This townhome proposal will serve a new community development within the District of Squamish, BC. A total of twenty-six homes are included in this medium-density plan, which responds to diverse users including families, students, seniors, and multigenerational groups. Situated close to downtown, this project seeks to implement innovative strategies such as missing middle-density housing, resilient communities, and green building technologies, furthering the goals Squamish hopes to achieve by the year 2040.
